The Blood pressure monitoring seems accurate also - which is a big surprise to me. The ring is low-profile and very light weight, and I am now wearing it as my wedding band. I recommend getting your finger sized properly so that you have a good snug fit, but you can take it on and off to charge it easily. At this price point, I am honestly blown away.
